I got a lazy off side passenger door that needs a bit more effort than normal. Tailgate is fine, that's electric a part from the foot pedal doesn't work, hopefully sorted next week. My old Altea, I had 12 years of wacking shut the tailgate else it would go one click on the lock, not all the way down and put the light on for an open door. It was said the rubber seal would adjust, it never did. All that wacking from a height is why I decided that an electric tailgate was the way to go when you get to my tender age of a few aches and pains that can be triggered by stretching. I'd get it adjusted Dougie since you might have years of wacking it down.
