Just got my Ateca last week, 2017 xcellence with just under 67,000 miles, the service record looks like this

what concerns me is the fuel filter has by the look of it only been changed once , it looks an easy job on this car, can anyone recommend a best make ? My previous vehicle had to have a genuine part fitted. . . . .I see for the Ateca, Europarts do fuel filters ranging from £8.52 up to £36.19

I am liking the £8.52 Crosland one 😂 😅 😂 😅

Crosland never had a good reputation going back a long time ago but i think Europarts bought them out . I have always used Mann filters in my cars

Ive never done a fuel filter before, but I watched the video on youtube and thought it looked easy on an Ateca, it looked so easy that I assumed there would be no airlocks, having read more on it, I see it can still happen, its kind of put me off, as I thought it looked as simple as whip one out stick the new one in, not sure if I want to risk it 😂😂😂 its 36,000 miles since it was done which seems like a long time to me.
