Had my brand new Alteca Xperience 1.5 manual delivered to my home yesterday afternoon. Most features are fairly straightforward but the infotainment system (MIB3 l believe) is not very intuitive at all. The menu system is a bit of a dogs dinner tbh but I'm getting there with the help of forums like this and Youtube. My car came with the owners manual and a flyer warning about the dangers of ingesting Adblue (??) but no service booklet, no feature summary card, nothing. Is this normal? Perhaps l need to get my magnifying glass out and plough through the 400 pages of microdot size printing. By contrast, my previous car a Kia Xceed came with manuals, leaflets and brochures that completely filled the large glove box.

Hi Topazz

VW group cars (Audi, VW, Seat and Skoda) no longer have service booklets, instead service records are recorded digitally with dealers printing the information for customers if requested. I keep all my service invoices as my own record of what has been done.
