Cupra Ateca Showroom Pics

Post by Caster » Sun Dec 16, 2018 9:34 pm

A few pics below of my first sighting of a Cupra Ateca in the flesh. Spotted at JCT600 Seat, Menston, York's + I'll hopefully have a test drive there early in the New Year.

This one has the Comfort & Sound Pack included + still had room for spare wheel to be fitted under boot floor mat. Overall, looked purposeful + good in white but is the CUPRA lettering on front spoiler a bit over the top - might check if that can be taken off then put back on when traded in etc.

Know what you mean Ciano - I'd prefer just one or the other on the back + like you, my preference would be just the lettering.

This is our car in SEAT Reading! Rodium Grey with both the design pack and comfort & sound pack, Panoramic roof also really makes it look the part and quad tail pipes of course are a plus! We also have a black one which in terms of personal preference, looks better because it matches the gloss black accents dotted around the exterior.

Very nice felup + Rodium currently one of my favourite colour options.

Now to try and spec it under £40k to avoid that extra Road Tax :D

Couple of options really, the base car is £35,900 so you're under that £40k benchmark already, then you can add either the Comfort & Sound Pack or Design Pack, specing a car with either of these increase the price to £37,830 and £39,245. Take your pick on what package you want.

I also know that all these launch cars haven't been specified with the CUPRA Bucket Seats, this is a separate option and not even yet on the configurator. The price for these is £1,600. Added with the Comfort & Sound pack still keeps you below that £40k benchmark. Needless to say that colour choices are built into the price already.

Of course, there are potentially deals to be had.

Thanks felup - just interested to know if in addition to the pan roof & spare wheel etc (which are shown as an option in the brochure) I could add perhaps a few of the features of the Comfort pack (maybe ACC, Heated Front Seats & Electric Tailgate) to the Standard model and, if so, what the price for them would be. Think I might be on a loser - but you never know!
