Just the fronts were replaced. Will report on how it handles one I’ve had them on a bit more. The rears still have plenty of tread left.

Just wondering. I'm looking to buy an Atea 4wd, I currently run a forester. It requires the tyres to be swapped around every 6k miles to ensure a balanced diameter to minimise wear on the 4wd system.
From the comments I assume this is not the case with the Ateca?

You might find the Ateca wears them evenly. All my VAG 4WD cars have done so. If they don't, you should still check if the tyres are recommended to be rotated on the Ateca as a lot of models say not to rotate tyres these days.

I'm swapping to Pirelli Cinturato P7 now my Falkens are knackered as its a better tyre than most others available in 215/50 R18.

Speaking of tyres, has anyone used ASDA Tyres before? We're looking at getting some new rubber for my wife's car and she suggested ASDA Tyres. The URL so you can find it is https://www.asdatyres.co.uk/

I have used ASDA. Very cheap. Delivered to my local Halfords who fitted them. They would have been more expensive to buy from halfords!! No complaints
