If i'm honest, i'd just buy a pre-reg with everything going on with WLTP!

I was going to order a new Xcellence but the gentleman in White Dove SEAT in Cardiff advised me to go for a pre-reg as they were in stock, and had a massive saving! I saved $5,800 on my Ateca!!!!

Here's the pre-registered ones they have atm, they got free delivery too. https://search.whitedovegroup.co.uk/#/? ... 2%5D%7D%5D :D :)

Placed my order for 1.5 EVO TSI Xcellence (Rhodium Grey) at the start of October. Got a call today saying it’s getting built this week, does anyone know how long it’ll take from now til it’s in the U.K. and at the garage?

Yeah I was told mine would arrive around February time! Really looking forward to get my Ateca! :P currently driving a Leon but it’s a shame the Ateca doesn’t have the new central touchscreens like the new Leon’s and Ibiza’s

I ordered a 1.5 EVO DSG Ateca FR Sport at the end of November and told approx.12 week lead time. Just spoken to Seat today and the scheduled build date is 1st February. They said the chances are it will be put back 2 weeks to come out on the 19 plates. From build date to handover it's usually around 14 days.

I've just been told that the 1.5 EVO TSI Xcellence i ordered in mid November is now scheduled for Week 6. the status is "Frozen Period" does anyone know what that means?

I've read something, that VW have finally identified the issue with first gear "kangooroing" and possibly lack of throttle response, that are reported by many users, and all cars with 1.5 TSI are now on hold, till the fix is ready. So might be this is this "frozen period".
