Seat Connect app

Has anyone had any issues with connecting to the Seat connect app and via the infotainment screen too? I’ve entered my VIN but it’s not recognised. It’s a facelift Ateca. Thanks

When I connected mine. I used the 2 keys method. Found it very simple

Connected mine with no problem . Only issue I have it keeps removing the protection from my profile and also randomly ask for pin to be inputted on startup even though I check box to remember pin.
Ateca XCellence 1.4 TSi in Lava Blue with double boot. Ordered Wk 41 built wk 4 Delivery 1st March on 18 plate :D Replacement Xperience Lux in Velvet red delivered December

I can't get my VIN to be recognised - can you help by either explaining how to do this, or linking to information about this method, please?
