No Variable Boot Floor in a Xperience Lux

Post by dannysands » Thu Feb 11, 2021 1:15 pm

What would you suggest to make it more level at the back.
I can only think of putting a Carpet Tailored mat down which I saw for £20.95 on eBay. https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/mycarmats

But I realize you would need something else under the mat to give it more height. (I'm not going to buy 5 mats!!)🤗

That looks just what I'm looking for. Thank you for your advice. Kind regards Danny

Danny, it says upto 2020 not upto present. Perhaps you might like to check first as you may need to return it. I nearly bought a rear cill protector but was told it would be different for the facelift Ateca. I am dubious about boot mats too.

Hi all and Danny,

New to the forum. Just got a 2017 Xcellence a few weeks ago which I'm very happy with. Danny did you or anyone else have any luck with the double floor option from Seat Direct Parts? They assure me its really easy to fit, but it will need me to cut a small hole in the fabric of the boot sides to access the screw holes. Would love to hear or see some photos of a positive result before I order and get the knife out!

Many thanks in advance.

Why not use the enquiry link on their website?

The honest answer is sheer laziness. I stand reprimanded and will enquire and feed back the response. I am too used to trying to help others on forums that I foolishly expect them to behave similarly.
