Cleaning products

How are we all?

I thought I’d make a poll on what cleaning product brands you use, vote on the pole and post your reasons why :D will be interesting to see what everyone uses and what comes out favourites you can vote on up to 3 different products.

For me I always used to use autoglym but have now started to use auto finesse I find there products give an overall better finish for similar if not cheaper prices.

There's a brilliant review of the range on YouTube, check out Forensic Detailling. John loves his detailing and is very knowledgeable !!

AutoGlym for the main body, but I'm (about to) use Mer Power Foam wheel cleaner.

Generally I try a bit of elbow grease with the wheels, but after a while you sometimes need to use something a bit stronger to get rid of caked on brake dust. Used to use Auto-Glym when I had to, but when hunting around for my buckets and grit guards Mer actually came up with positive recommendations, especially for alloys so thought I'd give it a try.
Now driving: Ateca XCellence 1.4 TSi in Rhodium Grey with XCellence + Advanced Driving Assistance Packs, Double Boot Floor + Space Saver Spare - Ordered week 9, confirmed built week 26&27&28, arrived in UK week 30 - Collected 1st Sept 8-)

I have the bi-tone 18” alloys and find that any brake dust just wipes off with a wet cloth after a normal wash. No need for any wheel cleaner at all. Also, with those wheels there is no need for a wheel brush as you can easily reach all of the wheel with the cloth.

I do apply a coat of wax twice a year.
1.4TSI DSG Xcellence delivered 2/3/17 after 6 months wait. Brilliant Silver. 18" machined alloys. Park Assist. 360º cameras. Power boot. All driver assists. Alcantara. SEAT sound.

The standard 18" xcellence wheels I find are a nightmare to clean - anyone else find the same?
