Your previous car before Ateca

Post by Bagheera » Tue Jan 24, 2017 7:35 pm

I had a 2008 Ford Focus mk2 1.6 TDCI hatchback. Which previous car did you own/drive before Ateca came?

2013 SEAT Leon 1.4tsi SE. It handles brilliantly and is surprisingly quick - hence my move to an almost identical Ateca.

I like Leons too, so popular here...The face-lift version is expected due March.

Audi A5 2.0 Tdi Black Edition. Nice car but only 2dr and changes in my personal circumstances mean I need something more practical.
Enjoying since 18/01/2017:

Ateca Xcellence 1.4 Tsi, Cheapskate Blue, Seat Sound, Heated Windscreen, 19" alloys, anything else is just showing off and probably won't work anyway. :D 8-)

Altea XL 2.0TDI 140bhp SE.
Before that, two successive Mk 1 Leon Cupras - the 1.8 20vT version with 180bhp.
First of those was my other half's car, second one joint; to begin with I had a 2000MY Subaru Impreza Turbo which replaced an E30 BMW 325iSport.

I seem to have been getting progressively more sensible over the last couple of decades!

Hate it when I see a trade-in advertised by the dealer; usually makes me think they stole it from me on the trade-in when I see the advertised price
Appreciate they have costs, including prep & warranty, to meet and a profit to make, but still gets to me. Usually have to try not to look online, or worse, pay an after hours visit to the forecourt to see what they are charging    #obsessivebehaviour
