Seat ATECA 2020 Automatic Self Levelling Lights (TOO HIGH) Help!

I've owned a SEAT ATECA 2020 TECHNOLOGY for 6 months, I keep getting flashed so ive taken my car to numerous garages, They ran autel scanners on my car because on the beam setter the dipped headlight is too high, They manual adjusted them but still they sit above the DVSA Standard resulting in a fail on the mot, The levelling sensor on the rear works and there is no fault codes or warnings for my light. The motors work but when running autel the light motors go down and then they creep back up. Do I need to going to SEAT For obd11/Vagcom for this to be fixed? Im new to these kind of vehicle and I have no idea what to do, I need a fix because otherwise I can't pass mot and I will be without a car especially as I paid lots of money for - Any help is appreciated

I’m taking it on Monday as they were the ones to tell me about OBD 11 And basically resetting the whole headlight unit so they can store a new reference, Kinda nervous because this is my first car I’ve owned with crazy tech and electronics inside the vehicle
